Sessions partners with Deliveroo to bring Hawkins Diner, created with Netflix, to over 150 UK locations

Sessions, the UK’s growth platform for original food brands, has developed delivery-only menu Hawkins Diner in collaboration with Netflix, inspired by their hit show Stranger Things. The brand will be rolled out nationally through Sessions’ kitchen network, with Deliveroo acting as the exclusive delivery platform.

Hawkins Diner represents a new chapter in Sessions’ collaboration with Deliveroo. Unlike previous partnerships focused on scaling established restaurant brands, Hawkins Diner has been fully developed by Sessions, from brand creation and menu development through to nationwide distribution via Sessions’ network of delivery kitchens and Deliveroo’s rider network.

The menu takes inspiration from classic American diner staples, reimagined with a Stranger Things twist. Dishes include the Upside Down Stack (pancakes layered with smashed beef patties, cheese, pickles and sauces), Hellfire Tots with jalapeños and fiery sauces, and a PB&J Burger, all served in retro-style packaging designed to evoke the Hawkins universe.

The partnership with Deliveroo reflects a shared commitment to quality and consumer experience. Deliveroo will act as the exclusive delivery platform, while Sessions leverages its kitchen network and operational expertise to ensure Hawkins Diner is consistently executed across more than 150 sites in the UK.

Dan Warne, CEO of Sessions, said:
“Sessions was built on the belief that the best food brands are created at the intersection of originality, storytelling and scale. Hawkins Diner embodies that. Together with Netflix, we’ve been able to take one of the world’s most powerful entertainment brands and translate it into a food experience. It’s the best example yet of how Sessions can bring global IP to life as craveable, delivery-first food brands. Deliveroo’s relentless focus on quality makes them the perfect partner to ensure Hawkins Diner lands with fans exactly as intended.”

Rob Harris, VP of Global Restaurants at Deliveroo said:
“We’re so excited to take our partnership with Sessions to the next level by exclusively bringing Hawkins Diner to homes across the UK.  For many, a meal from Deliveroo in front of a film or great TV series is part of their weekly or monthly routine.  Now they can take this experience to the next level with a  more immersive food experience, tapping into a major cultural phenomena, delivered straight to their front door.”

Launching 6th November, Hawkins Diner will be available across 150+ UK locations, exclusively via Deliveroo.

Stranger Things 5 will release on Netflix across three premiere dates with Volume 1 on 27th November (four episodes), Volume 2 on 26th December (three episodes) and The Finale on 1st January. Each volume releases at 1AM GMT. Find out when “Stranger Things 5” premieres in your part of the world here.
