Bruno had been struggling to keep up with the increasing rates of his dark kitchen in Balham. He also wanted to keep his valued chefs occupied and employed, but business was slowing and they were losing engagement.

We approached Bruno with Little Bao Boy in April of 2022. Since his launch he hasn’t looked back. We found a gap in the market from a cuisine POV, and we plugged it with a strong, founder-led brand with proven sales across multiple delivery zones. Little Bao Boy now boasts consistent weekly delivery sales of £6k in Balham . It’s enabled Bruno to cover his costs, engage his staff and maintain a healthy profit in a competitive London market.
